The Jackrabbits kicked off the event with a convincing 3-0 victory against Ole Miss on Friday night, followed by a 3-1 win over Wyoming on Sunday.
In their first match against Ole Miss, SDSU dominated with set scores of 25-20, 25-18, and 25-20. The most notable performance came in the second set where SDSU secured their largest victory margin of the night. The Jackrabbits continued their strong play against Wyoming, although they initially fell behind 0-1 after losing the first set 20-25.
