The Jackrabbits kicked off the event with a convincing 3-0 victory against Ole Miss on Friday night, followed by a 3-1 win over Wyoming on Sunday.
In their first match against Ole Miss, SDSU dominated with set scores of 25-20, 25-18, and 25-20. The Jackrabbits continued their strong play against Wyoming, although they initially fell behind 0-1 after losing the first set 20-25.
