Murray’s Pacific Beach home, located at 1128 Loring Street, features a second-story art studio and a xeriscaped yard, serving as inspiration for contemporary portraiture. Renshaw’s residence at 1228 Beryl Street boasts an 18-foot high art studio alongside a garden adorned with flowers, ferns, and fruit trees, allowing for a rich artistic environment.
Meanwhile, the home of Alan and Ann Chaitlin at 1670 Bahia Vista in La Jolla includes a studio filled with natural materials that reflects their vibrant artistic creations. Leah Higgins’ home, which dates back to 1926, is particularly noteworthy as it is the first custom home built by famous horticulturist Kate Sessions and features a separate art studio where Higgins displays her work.
