Previously, the E-Bike Incentive Program faced significant challenges during its initial rollout attempts in December and April. Such hurdles have led to widespread dissatisfaction among potential participants, with approximately 150,000 individuals expressing interest in the incentives but only 1,000 vouchers available.

Since the program’s inception, a total of 1,022 vouchers have been issued, with around 90% of these being redeemed, indicating strong interest among residents for e-bike incentives.
