Carnival atmosphere at Starr Park featuring Brawl Stars decorations and activities

News Summary

Supercell, in partnership with GDX Studios, has launched Starr Park at Comic-Con, an engaging Brawl Stars experience. This immersive attraction runs from July 24 to 27 on a floating barge in San Diego Bay, featuring interactive games and unique activities for attendees. Guests can collect gems, enjoy tasty treats, and participate in exciting challenges, while also supporting a charitable cause with ticket sales going to the San Diego Rescue Mission. With no Comic-Con badge required for entry, Starr Park is set to be a must-visit event for fans.

San Diego – Supercell, in collaboration with GDX Studios, has unveiled an exciting new attraction at the 2025 Comic-Con: Starr Park, an immersive experience based on the highly popular mobile game Brawl Stars. The event, taking place from July 24 to July 27, transforms a floating barge on San Diego Bay into a vibrant carnival atmosphere filled with large sculptures, actors, and interactive games connected to the game.

Tickets for this unique offsite experience went on pre-sale earlier in July, with a portion of the proceeds — $2 per ticket — donated to the San Diego Rescue Mission, a contribution that Supercell has pledged to match. Entry to the event has been efficient and smooth, allowing guests to easily participate in the various activities throughout the weekend.

The location of Starr Park, situated behind the San Diego Convention Center, sets a surreal scene for attendees. Each guest’s adventure begins with a motivational pep talk onshore before they board the Starr Rail, which takes them on a journey filled with familiar characters and energetic scenes from the Brawl Stars universe.

Activities and Attractions

Upon entering Starr Park, attendees receive gem collection bags and instructions on how to navigate the various carnival-style attractions available. The attractions are designed to provide interactive fun and include:

  • Mike’s Mine – a station featuring explosive themed activities.
  • Piper’s Pie Shop – where participants can indulge in delicious treats.
  • Haunted Haven – a challenge testing guests’ strength.
  • Frontier World – which focuses on throwing skills related to the game mechanics.

Each station offers participants the opportunity to collect stamps for their passport cards and gems that can be exchanged for unique rewards at the end of their experience. After participating in these thrilling activities, guests can also receive swag bags filled with exclusive items.

Adding to the excitement, a roaming street team will be engaging with fans throughout the event, and MrBeast’s Feastables has collaborated with Supercell to distribute 20,000 co-branded chocolate bars, known as Brawl Bars. These special treats include redemption codes for in-game rewards, further enhancing the event’s interactive nature.

Additional Experiences

In addition to Starr Park, attendees can engage with another offsite attraction called Spike’s Fountain of Tears. This interactive experience allows visitors to throw paintballs at a Starr Park sign, with the chance to earn additional swag such as limited edition hats and water bottles.

The event is designed to breathe new life into the gaming activations seen at Comic-Con, showcasing significant improvements from events held in previous years. With the activation running daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Thursday to Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, guests can enjoy continuous access to the fun and engagement throughout the Comic-Con weekend.

Participation Details

Importantly, entry to Starr Park does not require a Comic-Con badge, making it accessible to a wide range of attendees. Pre-registered time slots for entry were available starting from July 11 through the ticketing platform Tixr, ensuring that guests can plan their visits efficiently.

With its exciting combination of interactive games, unique attractions, and the vibrant world of Brawl Stars, Starr Park at Comic-Con 2025 is set to provide an unforgettable experience for fans, making it a highlight of this year’s event.
