Mastro’s Ocean Club has officially opened its doors at the InterContinental Hotel, taking the place of Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse. This upscale seafood restaurant spans two levels and offers luxurious indoor seating along with outdoor balcony and patio views of the USS Midway. Its menu is a seafood lover’s dream, featuring seafood towers, an array of fish dishes, and a diverse selection of steaks. In La Jolla, Zoya is gearing up to make its debut on August 2 at 1000 Prospect Street. This Mediterranean restaurant aims to bring a fusion of Middle Eastern and coastal seafood flavors to the area. Looking forward, several exciting openings are lined up for the coming weeks. The Baby Grand in Coronado is set to unveil a boutique hotel renovation alongside three distinct dining experiences, featuring a champagne and caviar bar. Madi, an all-day brunch destination known for its Waffle Churro Sticks and family-recipe pancakes, is expanding to Pacific Beach this summer.
In Normal Heights, an anticipated Turkish restaurant named Bosforo is soon to launch, focusing on mezze, kebabs, and Anatolian pizzas while prioritizing Turkish hospitality.
