The ranking of the top hotel restaurants was based on a meticulous evaluation of over 10 million reviews from verified OpenTable diners collected between June 1, 2024, and May 31 of the same year. Restaurants were filtered according to various criteria, including diner ratings, review volumes, and the percentage of five-star ratings, ensuring the list reflects genuine dining experiences.
The findings from OpenTable and Kayak underline a significant trend—nearly half of Americans have specifically planned trips motivated by restaurant visits. Furthermore, there has been a 51% year-over-year increase in the use of Kayak’s hotel restaurant filter, indicating a growing interest in quality dining options during travel.
