San Diego – Kevin Smith is returning to San Diego Comic-Con in 2025 with an exciting triple feature of live shows at Good Night John Boy on 401 G St. The lineup includes a special presentation featuring a humorous crossover between Archie Comics and Smith’s iconic characters, Jay and Silent Bob.
Tickets for all three shows are on sale now, priced at $37.75 each. All events are restricted to attendees aged 21 and over. The first show, titled “Archie Meets Jay & Silent Bob Live!“, is scheduled for Thursday, July 24, from 8 PM to 10 PM. Doors for this event will open at 7 PM, and it will feature a live reading of the official Archie Comics crossover with audience participation.
The second show, “The Ghosts of Comic-Cons Past“, which features Jay Mewes, is set for Friday, July 25, from 6 PM to 7:30 PM, with doors opening at 5 PM. Following this, Smith will host the third show, “Hollywood Babble-On“, also on Friday, July 25, from 8 PM to 10 PM, accompanied by Ralph Garman. Doors for the final show will open at 7:30 PM.
In addition to the live performances, Kevin Smith will be hosting a panel at Hall H during SDCC 2025, a highly coveted slot, although he has confirmed that there will be no Marvel lead-in. Priced at $7.99, the comic offers 48 pages of entertainment where Archie gains a summer job at Quick Stop, leading to hilarious chaos when Jay and Silent Bob arrive in Riverdale.
