Following a successful history of fan-focused events, this year’s kickoff will include ‘Ready Party One,’ ‘Anti-Hero After Party,’ and ‘PartyPocalypse,’ showcasing captivating music and immersive decor inspired by pop culture. The first event scheduled for Comic-Con 2024 is Ready Party One, taking place on Wednesday, July 24, at Parq Nightclub starting at 8 PM PT. This party will serve as the unofficial launch of Comic-Con, embracing a theme of “Legends of Fantasy,” which pays homage to classic 80s fantasy films. Attendees can look forward to lively performances by The Flux Capacitors and DJ Elliot, creating a festive vibe aligned with the night’s theme. PartyPocalypse, the culminating event, will take place on Friday, July 26. This final night will present a post-apocalyptic theme, drawing inspiration from well-known franchises such as Mad Max and Fallout. The Parq Nightclub will be undergoing a dramatic transformation into a rugged wasteland, complete with themed décor and immersive entertainment designed to capture the essence of dystopian fables. Guests who wear Borderlands cosplay to this event will have the chance to receive exclusive merchandise, including shirts and hats.
Notable performances on the final night will include DJ D-SYFER-IT and the debut of an industrial/metal music project that features members of The Flux Capacitors. A partnership with Screen Rant will enhance the experience at all three parties by offering access to the VIP Villains’ Lair, a space dedicated to attendees looking for a uniquely themed experience.
